Jeremy Aaron-Presley Moore, 38 of Rochester, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017. Born on October 14, 1979 in Logansport, he was the son of Edward Moore and Sharon (Whitehead) Smith. Jeremy worked for Enid"s Cleaning Service in Rochester. Surviving Jeremy is his son, John Edward Moore, Rochester; father, Edward (Julie) Moore, Logansport; mother, Sharon (Mike) Smith, Rochester; grandmother, Rubye Whitehead, Logansport; step grandparents, John (Gladys) Galloway, Rochester; grandmother, Deborah Becker, Bunker Hill; sister, Emily (Brandon) Carter, Beaufort, SC; step brothers, William (Christine) Halsne, Princeton, IN; Michael (Jessica) Halsne, Noblesville; step brother, Robert Taylor, Logansport; step sister, Tiffany Lambert, Royal Center; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Matthew Edward Moore, and his grandfather, John Whitehead.
