She is survived by: her daughter Melody Gentry (Mark); her grandchildren, Tiffany Carrigan (Matt), Charlie Clawson and Greg Gentry; her great grandchildren, Maddie Carrigan and Ellie Carrigan; and her sister-in-law Waneta Coughenour.
