She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hovorka and Pearl Tessmer Hovorka; her son Robert Deckys; her grandson Kaleb Hazlett; and her brother Jim Kroc (Helen).

She is survived by: her husband Albert "Al" Robert Deckys; her daughters, Debbie Hren (Brad) of Wintergarden, FL and Laura Hazlett (Kevin) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Lauren Hren, Bryce Hren, Spencer Hren (Margaux), Amanda Hazlett, Katelyn Crohn (Tyler) and Steven Newton (Kayden Deckys); her brother Chuck Hovorka (Pat) of Phoenix; and her pet Charlie.
