She was predeceased by: her parents, Whitten Reffett, and Lucinda Reffett, Sr. (Ratliff); and her granddaughter Sidneigh Jo Carr. She is survived by: her husband Phil of Rochester; her children, Greg Carr (Teri) of Rochester and Greta Lynch (Ron) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Jared Lynch (Dasha) of Rochester, Ryleigh Carr (Deanna) of Culver, Chaneigh Mae Carr of Rochester and Aaron Lynch (Kristen) of Rochester; her great grandchildren, Aiden Lynch, Camden Vanata, Jaxon Carr and Jace Carr; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Reffett of Lagrange, IN and John Milliser (Linda) of Rochester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
