Armstrong of Rochester, Indiana, born in Logansport, Indiana, who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Shawnee; his children, Lannette Kramer (Daniel) of Robinson, IL and Spud Armstrong (Molly) of Rochester; his granddaughters, Lindy Irene Armstrong and Jolene Lyn Armstrong; and his siblings, Debra Fulwider (Bob) of Fort Myers, FL and Daniel Armstrong of Kokomo.
