He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Earnest; his children, Mary Lain, Inez Crittendon, Ashley Fultz (Robert) and Gabe Earnest (Fiance' Samantha Fisher); his stepchildren, Danny Earnest and Katrina Sumpter; and his siblings, Steve Earnest (Hazel), Mike Earnest and Brenda McDaniel (Terry). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
