He is survived by: his wife Vicki Jo Hays; his grandchildren, Gracelyn, Brylynn, Trey, Karlie and Liam; and his siblings, Steve Turnpaugh, Mike Turnpaugh, Teresa Romine and Marla Pelszynski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center.
