He was predeceased by: his father Earl Witherby. He is survived by: his mother Betty Witherby (Inman); his wife Cynthia Witherby; his daughters, Kaley Starr (Garrett Branaman) and Samantha Lynn (Shawn Robison); his brothers, David (Jenny Witherby) and Tommy (Nida Witherby); and his father-in-law Dan Severns. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
