He is survived by: his wife Janis Mayhew; his stepchildren, Jennifer Daine, Cindy Martin, Dina Gearhart and Jim Jones (Janice); and his sisters, Annetta Matthews and Darlene Snyder (Dan). He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren.
