He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lewis and Jeanette Magazine Lewis; his sister-in-law Rita Lewis; and his treasured canine Harley. He is survived by: his spouse Miss Barbara Sue Smith; his son Jason Grube (Kelly) of Culver; his grandsons, Max Richard Grube and Myles Kelly Grube; his daughter Eddi Grace Grube; his brothers, Sid Lewis (Yvonne) of Bradenton, FL, Mike Lewis of Warsaw and Kim Lewis (Shelly) of Noblesville; his nephew Justin Lewis; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rhiannon and Gwendolyn; his nephew Tyler Lewis (Michelle); his nibling Paige Martin; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Quinn, Gavin, Ruby, Abby Tomcsi (Jason), Elizabeth Lewis-Clark (Anthony), Michael Lewis (Sarah) and Cary Lewis (Alli); his sister-in-law Linda L. Kamp of Rochester; Cameron, Lydia, Benjamin, Rooney, Calahan and Granger.
