She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Ullery and Edna Wallace Ullery; her husband Roy Dale; her son-in-law Jeff Berlasty; and her great grandchild Genna Snelling.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Pryor (Dan), Jeffery (Jennifer) of Rochester and Gary (Laura) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Jessica Berlasty, Jonah Berlasty, Jeremy Sheetz (Chris Beaman), Jordan Sheetz Huffman (Michael Kistler), Jarod Sheetz (Lisa), Amber Snelling, Amanda Floyd (Andrew), Alyssa Calvert, Austin Calvert and Cody Long (Jessica); her siblings, Carol Wilson (George) of Peru, Vernon Ullery (Dee) of Niles, MI and Robert Ullery of Marion; and her sister-in-law Judy Calvert of Rochester.
