He is survived by: his stepson William Shafer (Samantha); his grandchildren, Amber Koebcke, Mitchell Howard, Chelsea Shafer, Peyton Bowers, Savana Fox and Lylian Shafer; and his great grandchild Asia Herd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
