He is survived by: his wife Anna Lawson (Moore); his children, Venita Peterson (Dwight), Huey Lawson (Vicki), Anthony Lawson (Jacquie) and Dawn Holtmeyer (Scott); his daughter-in-law Cheryl Lawson; his siblings, George Lawson and Brenda Turner; his son John Lawson; his grandchildren, Taylor, Sterling and Kingsley; and his brothers, James Estel Lawson and Jimmy Lawson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
