She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Heeter and Myrtle Heeter (Tackett); her daughter Kimberly; and her siblings, Donny, Jimmy Heeter and Charlotte Amburgy.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "BJ" Utter Jr. (Casey) of Akron and Alisha Gear (Russ) of Rochester; and her siblings, Joan Evans, Cheryl Pitts, Vickie Hallaway, Loretta Carpenter, Melvin Heeter and Ronald Heeter. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
