He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Neff and Opal Neff (Briney); his wife Mary Margaret Sadowsky; his sister Phyllis Davidson; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Neff, Richard Davidson and Jim Clemans.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Neff (Orv Huffman), Michael Neff and Rev. Lori Neff LaRue (Cleo); his grandchildren, Christopher Neff and Thomas Neff; his stepgranddaughter Coryell LaRue; and his siblings, Gerald Neff and Doris Clemans (Carol Smith). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center or the Rochester High School Future Farmers of America.
