He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville C. Vigar and Regina Vigar (Burns); his sister Bonnie Keele; and his brother-in-law Ronald Keele. He is survived by: his wife Deb Vigar; his children, Steven Vigar (Tammy) and Jo Clark (Dave); his grandchildren, Emily Vigar of Rochester, Caleb Vigar of Rochester, Grant Clark of Rochester and Mitchell Clark of Rochester; and his brother James L. "Jim" Vigar (Patricia).
