Sara Hoffman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Hoffman (Rochester, Indiana), born in Kewanna, Indiana, who passed away on December 18, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clurel T. Hunter and Jeanette Hunter (Mutchler); and her sisters, Dianne J. Smith, Nedra Hurley and Linda Lou Hunter.

She is survived by: her husband Howard Hoffman; her children, Monte (Debbie Hoffman), Tiffany Raidy and Melissa (David Gamel); her grandchildren, Alicia Hoover (Sean), Christopher Hoffman, Spencer Raidy and Edward Gamel; and her siblings, Donna (Steve Rude), Cynthia (Larry Biggs) and Phillip (Cherlyn Hunter). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Melissa Hoffman Gamel Scholarship Fund through the Northern Indiana Community Foundation.
