He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Chudzynski and Doris Anderson Chudzynski. He is survived by: his son Adam Chudzynski (Kandice Rawlings) of West Lafayette; his siblings, Carol S. Abernethy (Spike) of Granger, David A. Chudzynski (Deborah C.) of South Bend and Dan R. Chudzynski Rochester (Kendra); and his granddaughter Norah Jane Chudzynski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
