It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Ann Bartlett of Rochester, Indiana, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Gates and Marsha Dillman Gates; her son James Thomas Bartlett; and her brother Ernie Gates. She is survived by: her husband James Maurice Bartlett; her daughters, Michele Arnett of Rochester, Melinda Navara (Joe) of Akron and Bridget Bartlett (David Fox) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Jessamyn McClure (T. J.), Devon Vanraalte, Kayleen Vannostrand (Jeremiah Carpenter), Austin Razer, Skyler Razer, Kaili Navara and Taylor Navara; her great grandchildren, Imana, Amara, Jacob James, Mia, Luna and Esmaye; her sisters, Terry Gates of Talma and Jennie Bradley (Jake) of Rochester; and her pet Axl Slash.
