It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Scobie Sr. of Rochester, Indiana, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Eldon Everett; his wife Sharon; his children, Laura S. "Lori" Riggs (Jack), Tamora A. "Tammy" Mejia (Amado) and Walter E. "Todd" Scobie (Wendy Marie); his grandchildren, Emily Mae Alcini (Matthew), Ryan Scott Riggs (Amber), Megan Ann Howard, Katie Lee Howard, Emma Elizabeth Howard, Zackary Lucas Scobie, Chad Hayden Scobie (Kellie), Sidneigh Marie Scobie and Wesley Eldon Scobie; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Alcini, Alyson Alcini, Autumn Alcini, Greyson Rhodes, Hugo Howard, Micah Howard, Luci Ryan Scobie, Amelia Marie Scobie and Watson Todd Scobie; and his siblings, Donna Ackerman (Bill), Everett Eldon Scobie and John Scott Scobie (Cathy). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
