He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Randall and Edna Gladys Sapp Randall; and his brother Lamar Randall. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his stepchildren, Christy Grogg of Rochester, David Grogg (Kathy) of Warsaw and Marci Long (Mark) of Grass Creek; and his stepgrandchildren, Derek Grogg (Ali) of Southington, CT, Aaron Grogg of Bloomington, Kipp Long (Ashley) of Royal Center, Evan Long (Megan) of Lucerne, Kiki Liggett (Brent) of Carmel and McKinsey Palmer of Bourbon. He is also survived by 11 step-great-grandchildren.
