He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sr. Lehr and Vena Lehr (Doffer); his grandson Ryan Neal; and his siblings, Paul Lehr, Mary Stephens and Jean Lehr.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Lehr (Ramsey); his children, Debra K. Parrot (James), Donna Faye Lynam (Raymond), Douglas Scott Lehr (Susan) and Dirk Allen Lehr (Sherry); his grandchildren, Jamie, Jason, Dustin, Travis, Megan, Brandon, Trevor, Trent and Evan; and his great grandchildren, Sophie and Sydney. He is also survived by 6 nieces and 7 nephews.
