He was predeceased by: his parents, John McNeely and Rittie McNeely (Cox); and his son Michael Pogue. He is survived by: his wife Jewell McNeely; and his daughters, Stacey Dixon (Joseph), Jennifer Saunders (Vernon), Delana Blankenship and Samantha Hays (Todd). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
