He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Stalker and Grace Trout Stalker; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Stalker and John Stutler. He is survived by: his wife Chris Fisher of Rockville; his sons, David Stalker (Leeann) of Tangier and Brian Stalker of Rockville; his stepsons, Jeff Kerr (Joyce) and Tony Wagner (Sheri); his grandsons, Jaylan Kerr and Ryan Wagner; and his siblings, Karen Stutler of Marshall, Beverly Hartman of Clinton and Darrell Stalker of Rockville.
