He is survived by: his parents, Forest Dale Cunningham and Betty Lou Shoaf Cunningham; his wife Cathy Loy Cunningham; his sons, Josh Cunningham of Crawfordsville and Blake Cunningham of Rockville; his stepdaughter Jennifer Alexander of Bloomingdale; and his siblings, Daryl Cunningham of Concorde, Dean Cunningham of Rockville and Deanne Harbison of Rockville. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandson; several nieces and nephews.
