She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd E. Sparks and Juanita McCown Sparks; her son Mark Brattain; and her siblings, Harold Sparks, Jack Sparks, Bob Sparks, Judy Smith and Martha Ricketts.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Kiger; her children, Terry Brattain of Minnesota, Tim Brattain of Montezuma, Jasmine Sparks of Waveland and Pamela Barnes of Rockville; and her siblings, James Sparks of Rockville and Shirley Albin of Rockville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memory Garden Cemetery (503 Rockville Rd, Rockville, IN 47872).
