She was predeceased by: her parents, Gale C. McIntyre and Lillie Ebert McIntyre; her husbands, Richard A Herzog and Rev. G. Wayne Alexander; her brother Rev. Curtis O. McIntyre; her sisters-in-law, Jane McIntyre and Pauline McIntyre; and her nephew Douglas McIntyre.
She is survived by: her children, Trina Herzog of Indianapolis, Lisa Herzog of Rockville, R. Darin Herzog (Sabrina) of Frankfort and Kelly Wingate (Dustin) of Crawfordsville; her stepson Paul Alexander of Farmersburg; her grandchildren, Kaesyn Green (Payton) of Warsaw, R. Brycin Herzog (Emma) of Spencer, Kierstyn Herzog of Frankfort, Brooklyn Herzog of Frankfort, Klaytin Wingate of Crawfordsville and Daltin Wingate of Crawfordsville; her great grandchildren, Shaelyn Herzog, Torren Green, Maelee Herzog and R. Max Herzog; and her brother Gale "Rusty" McIntyre.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Faithbridge Assembly of God (541 US-36, Rockville, IN 47872). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
