He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Hank" Roth and Ada Roth; and his brother Jerry Roth. He is survived by: his daughter Jenny Roth; his nieces, Michelle Arriaga and Debbie Rother; his sister-in-law Marti Roth; and his friends, Suzi Tyburski, Ronda Wrede, Larry Smith, Joe Habaj, Jim, Johnna, Hannah, Emmaline, Amellia Klute, Allen Ament, Catherine Saylor, Linda, Mark Manering and Amy Paarlburg.
