Carol Rose Cory Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Rose Cory of Rome City, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Rose Cory to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Shoppell and Esther Shoppell (Scoles); her husband Larry Cory; her daughter Sharon Cory; and her siblings, Harold Shoppell, Constance Schane and Marjorie Woodroof.

She is survived by : her children, Steven Cory (Jill) of Albion, Teresa Cory of Rome City and Sandra Cory of League City, Texas; her grandchildren, Corrie Hauptli (Shaun), Ashley Rogers (Andy), Cala Cory, Ryan DeRoin, Jared DeRoin, Philip Brady (Sarah), Christopher Springer (Shantell), Archie Brady (Rebecca) and Angelia Brady; and her boyfriend Jack Binkley. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
