She was predeceased by : her mother Esther Hogan; her siblings, Dr. Michael, Thomas, Dennis and Mary Hogan; and her son Joseph Costello.

She is survived by : her father Michael Hogan; her husband Joseph Costello of Rome City; her children, Cindy Balestra (Claude) of Fort Wayne, Patrick Costello (Val) of Dublin and Molly McCrory (Mark) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Alex Balestra (Ali), Elizabeth Balestra, Sam Costello, Max McCrory and Maddie McCrory; and her siblings, James J. Hogan (Corky) of Fort Wayne, Timothy Hogan (Francie) of Fort Wayne, Patricia Neil (Bill) of Fort Wayne, Ann Hogan of Fort Wayne and Ellen Hogan of Boulder, Colorado..
