He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Storms (Bud) and Leota Witsman Storms (Witsman); his daughter-in-law Stacy Gropper Storms; and his granddaughter Erin Rebecca Storms. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Christine Johnson; his children, Jeff Storms (Michelle) of Romney, Keith Storms (Julie) of Romney, Kevin Storms (Andra) of Darlington, Roger Storms (Tanya) of Lafayette and Kathy Korte (Monty) of Zionsville; his grandchildren, Katelyn Rizer (Sean), Katrina Storms, Trevor Storms (Chloie), Taylor Storms, Colby Storms, Jarrod Storms, Sarah Storms, Samantha Sells (Stephen), Spencer Storms (Emily), Emma Kellison (Jack), Jack Korte and Tess Korte; his great grandchildren, Cain, Penn, Trae, Reid Storms, Lux, Estie Kirby, Duke, Pierce Rizer, Beau, Gracie and Archie Sells; and his siblings, Joe Storms (Patricia) and Judy Bridwell (Kenny).
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home (321 E S St, Linden, IN 47955). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the "Frank Storms Memorial Beef Exhibitor Award" at Hoosier Heartland State Bank.
