He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Rukes and Maurine Rukes (Anstead); and his sister Sherri Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Rukes (Dean); his sister Pam Williams; his nephews, Matt Sullivan and Andy Williams; his niece Kristi Barnaby; and his pet Sprecher. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, extended family.
