He is survived by: his wife Lynn Ann Nevins Garred; his children, Tara Garred of Rosedale, Matt Garred of Goose Creek and Charles Garred, III of Charlotte; his sisters, Darla Hendricks and Alice Stevens; and his grandchildren, Deegan, Chandler Garred, Juniper and Holley French.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gooch Funeral Home (281 N Main St, Rosedale, IN 47874). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
