He is survived by: his wife Mary Mace Koch; his children, James Koch (Julia) of Rosedale, Cathy Mills (Dan) of Rosedale and Lori Obenchain (JT) of Rosedale; and his grandchildren, Jan Hughes (Mike), Chad Koch (Rachelle), Jamie Koch, Joe Koch (Shelby), Leslie Bosworth (Jake), Stacey Page (Jed), Matthew Cottrell (Sarah), Samantha Jones (Justin), Cody Obenchain and Brian Obenchain (Kayla).
