He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Williams and Norma Jane Demoss; and his nephew Andrew Ard. He is survived by: his siblings, John Williams of Pesotum, IL, George Williams of Urbana, IL., Rebecca Williams of Champaign, IL. and Trina Ard of Champaign, IL.; his nieces and nephews, Casey Gunckel, Amber Berkes, Alycia Creighton, Dylan Williams and Eric Cain; and his caregivers, Gloria and Aaron Swayze.
