He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Smith and Betty Hubbard Smith; and his brother Conrad Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Osborn of Terre Haute, Vicki Keltz of Rosedale and David Smith (Diane) of Rosedale; and his sister-in-law Sandy Smith of Rockville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gooch Funeral Home (281 N Main St, Rosedale, IN 47874). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
