He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Warnecke and Norma Warnecke (Reindel); his wife Phyllis Post; and his brothers, Jim, Wayne and Kenny Warnecke.

He is survived by : his children, Kevin Warnecke (Kim), Lisa Kiel (Gregg) of Elida and Dawn Beamer (Mark) of Elida; his grandchildren, Erika Knapke (Andrew), Kylee Fleming (Cody) and Garrett Beamer; his great grandchild Isaiah Knapke; his siblings, Lois Hemker (Steve), Bob Warnecke (Marie) and Larry Warnecke (Mary Ann); and his sisters-in-law, Pat Warnecke and Alice Warnecke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
