He is survived by: his children, Reta Etter, Shirley Hahn (Brian) and Dean Balsbaugh (Annie); his children-in-law, Karen Balsbaugh and Alan Strike; his stepson Rodney Kimmel (Laurel); and his siblings, Kenny Balsbaugh (June), Dale Balsbaugh (Lorraine) and Betty Judd. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
