She was predeceased by: her parents, John Charles and Norma Louis Peacock (Nicholson); and her husband Forrest Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Aaron Lavanchy and Phillip Lavanchy (Elaine); and her brother Bob Peacock (Jane) of Fairmount, IN. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
