He is survived by : his mother Norma Lewellen (Culp); his wife Debra Green of Royal Center; his sons, Paul Geen (Angie) of Lafayette, Christopher Green (Chrissy) of Mesa and John Green (Samm) of Reg Wing; his siblings, James Green of Michigan, Dustin Perkins of North Dakota and Susie Hopkins (John) of Logansport; his stepmother Elvira Green; his stepsiblings, Dan Lewellen (Teresa) of Clayton, Darrell Lewellen (Dee) of Avon and Donna Lewellen of Monrovia; his brother-in-law Donald Floyd of Royal Center; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Madison, Maci of Arizona and Landon of Lafayette.
