He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Ang Holland (Dwight) of Miami, Samuel Gardner Jr. (Kim) of Peru, Paul Burke of Royal Center, Curtis Burke of Royal Center, Lawrence Johnson of Clovis and Reuben Johnson of Peru; his grandchildren, Cathy Mendez, Faith Blount, Derek Zeider, Chris Burke, Selena Shafer, Angel Holland, Jolee Holland, Trey Holland and Arianna Holland; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Garrett, Gabby, Arthur and Jade; his niece Dotty Hanson of Spokane; Michelle Siegfred, Cathy McDougle and Loretta Simpson.
