We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2023, at the age of 72, Bertha Skaggs of Rushville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Alden Dunn; her grandson Nathan Cooper; and her son Ricky Byard. She is survived by : her daughters, Mickey Conley (David) of Kendallville and Kimberly Thompson of Rushville; and her brother John Dunn (Jacqueline Duke) of Brookville. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
