She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzia Pennington and Minnie Pennington (Retherford); and her siblings, Shirley Judd, Thelma Pennington, Carl Pennington, Elzia Pennington, Yvonne Lakes and William Lakes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Lynn Pennington, Sandra Kay Gay (Kelly) and Andrea Pennington Coker; her stepdaughters, Donna Cowan (George) and Linda Kaster; and her sister Karen Johnson (Larry).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moster Mortuary (334 N Main St, Rushville, IN 46173). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at the East Brook Cemetery.
