She is survived by: her son Tracy Hornaday (Rose) of Rushville; her brothers, Jerry Raike (Polly) and Greg Raike (Crystal); her grandchildren, Shayle Hornaday (Chris Beasley) and Logan Hornaday (Katelyn Newman); her stepgrandchildren, Morgan Berk and Shane Berk; her great grandchild Oaklyn Beasley; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Laken Slager and Hayse Myers.
