She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Heath and Dorothy Heath; her sisters, Katie and Ellen (Jim); and her son Mike.
She is survived by: her husband James Henderson (Jim); her son James (Mike); her father-in-law Howard; and her son Mark. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
Charlotte's wishes were to give memorial donations to Milroy United Methodist Church 114 N. Plesant St. Milroy, IN 46156 or to the American Cancer Society or American Heart & Stroke Association.
