With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Crystal Whited of Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on June 11, 2025 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Chase Allen Sizemore and Madison Tapp; her parent Tonya Walton (Whited); her brother Richard Allen Phillips (Ashley); her close friend David Sizemore; her aunt Teresa Tompkins; her nieces and nephews, Makaylah, Zoey, Olivia Phillips, Ellie Tompkins, Mason Phillips, Duke and Gentory Tompkins; and her cousins, Josh and Brittany Tompkins.
