He was predeceased by: his parents, David Allen and Merle C. Grocox (Elliott); and his siblings, Jeff, Patsy Grocox and Carolyn Sue Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Warrick; his children, Shawn Grocox (Morgan) of Rushville and Danielle Grocox Noble of Shelbyville; his grandsons, Garritt, Gunnar Noble, Austyn and Clayton Grocox; his great grandchild Nova Rose Grocox; and his brothers, Larry Grocox of Henderson, NV. and Dewey Grocox (Linda) of Rushville.
