He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Donnie Rains (Matt Jackson) of Indianapolis and Lori Christian of Rushville; his sisters, Kathy Foreman (Jerry) of Glenwood and Krissi Williams of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Dakota Rains and Haylee Manning (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Charlotte "Lottie" and Vivian "Viv" Manning.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moster Mortuary (334 N Main St, Rushville, IN 46173). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
