With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Bulmer in Rushville, Indiana, born in Franklin, Indiana, who passed away on March 5, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Oliver "Ollie" Bulmer and Lucy Bulmer (Riefle); his wife Thelma June Bulmer (Matney); his son Arnold Bulmer; his grandson Tracey Boone; his sisters, Dorothy Vail and Ethel Holbert; his son-in-law Charley Newman; and his brother Clarence Bulmer.

He is survived by : his children, Brett Bulmer of Rush County, Marilyn Cudworth and Barbara Newman of Rush County. He is also survived by 9 grandsons, his granddaughter and many great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Buena Southern Missionary Baptist Church.
