He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Herbert; and his brother Thomas W. Herbert. He is survived by : his mother Beverly J. Buhler (Keith) of Rushville; his children, Jacob Herbert, Timothy Herbert and Crystal Rose Dehn; his siblings, Beth Ann Whittaker (Scott) of Milroy, Debra J. Ellingson (Kenneth) and Joseph Herbert; and his half-brother Josh Herbert of Milroy. He is also survived by several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
